TOTAL LIQUIDATION PRIOR TO PERMANENT CLOSURE:
Within the framework of our total liquidation prior to final closure which will take place on July 31st, 2020, any order placed after July 20th, 2020 by noon (CET) is assumed to be definitive. We no longer accept any returns or exchanges. However, if an error of preparation is made by byblanch.com or due to quality problems proven and recognized by our services, we will proceed to an exchange of product by a replacement item or, if necessary, to a refund.
We offer a full refund to items returned to us within 14 calendar days.
Shoes must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them, unused and along with the order number included.
We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at byblanch.com
Items must meet the below requirements to be returned:
◦ Shoes must be returned within 14 calendar days after the package has reached you.
◦ All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface in order to keep the soles of the shoes intact in case you want to exchange or return them.
◦ Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
◦ By Blanch reserves the right not to fully refund for any returned packages lost through shipping, this is the customer’s full responsibility.
Once your Return arrives to our warehouse, please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalized.
Please note that delivery costs won’t be refunded.
Exchanges requests must be made within 14 calendar days after the confirmation email of delivery.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you instructions on how to return the item.
Specify the exchange item and the new color/size and style on the exchange email. You will need to ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges once the original item has been received at the warehouse.
It is the full responsibility of the customer to cover the shipping costs for the item to be returned.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by byblanch.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
